These holders arrived with no damage. I think the price I paid, about $4 ea was a bit high, but these were on the cheaper end compaired to what's out there.I would say they're a bit hard to open, but that's probably a good thing, unless the situation requires a quick reload. I rather monitor my ammo and reload during a "safe" period than have to reload quickly under fire and possibly drop my ammo "Haste makes waste."I recommend this product, but this recommendation is based on limited paintball experience.
