I love this hot air popper!!!! There is only one drawback, which isn't really a drawback but a minor inconvenience. If you don't have a bowl that is tall and wide enough, the popcorn will bounce back out of the bowl and pieces will end up on your floor and counter top. I just kept trying different bowls until I found the winner and I love this popper!It blows the popcorn all over the kitchen counter & floor I wish i had bought a different one otherwise i would love an air popcorn machineWorks like it should. Better than newer model.I have used this product and it did well up until the heat from the popper melted the overhead cover. it does not hold the butter scoop properly.Finally a decent air popper!Only had the product 2 months and smoke started coming out of the top of it. It turned itself off and then on again.Best popcorn popper!i got it as a gift for my roommate and she just loves it... snacking made easier and no burnt microwave popcorn
