Richard Bach is one of my favorite authors. I am also a retired air traffic controller. This book is a pure treasure. A family hand me down for generations. It takes but a few hours to finish from cover to cover. I will not give spoilers except for this. Great bedtime stories for kids over a few nights. This one, like his other Ferret Chronicles has a few main characters that keep the plot simple yet delightful to imagine. A little romance and you're in for a treat you will remember the rest of your life. I highly recommend this book for ALL AGES. I am a big adult kid ~ and I love this book :)
